About Our Programs

Lukos’ support to the USSOCOM Lessons Learned Program (LLP) (beginning in 2016) and the United States Air Force (USAF) LLP (beginning in September of 2024) involves aggressive global collection, analysis, outreach, and dissemination of relevant U.S. SOF/USAF observations, insights, and lessons (OIL) to the SOF/Joint Force warfighter and joint community.

We provide an integrated network of headquarters, component command, TSOC, MAJCOMs, and forward deployed LL specialists. We provide the Force Management Directorate with general program support for the execution of the USSOCOM/USAF LLP to include expert advice, collection support, analytical support, and assistance in carrying out all responsibilities and actions required to support the USSOCOM mission and Commander’s priorities and objectives.

We analyze collected information and research current archives to facilitate in-depth analyses to determine trends, additional materiel or support requirements, future operational concerns, and other information. Our analysts provide support at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels and perform on joint operations, training events, and exercises. Results of the analyses identify and prioritize capability gaps across the DOTLMPF-P spectrum with recommendations, so that the final product is disseminated to the correct audience for resolution IAW DoD, USSOCOM, USAF, component command, TSOC command guidance, and Major Commands (MAJCOMS).
