The SeaPort-NxG contract allows Naval Sea Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Office of Naval Research, or the United States Marine Corps to procure services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities. Quality Assurance Program
Lukos is dedicated to quality in all parts of our performance. Lukos is known for quality and regularly delivers substantially more than the minimum contract requirements. We do this through strong management, understanding of our customer’s needs, and continuous process improvement. We create, maintain, and continually improve a dedicated Quality Control Program. Our program ensures quality and compliance in all service areas and listed deliverables described in the Government work statements. We use various quality principles such as measurement, inspection, sampling, surveys, peer evaluations, process reviews, and others. We utilize a combination of our Program Manager, Task Lead, and back office to implement these techniques to measure and assess our performance against the performance thresholds, objectives, and defined metrics.
Further, we track required contract deliverables at the Task Lead level. The Task Lead is responsible for the quality and timeliness of contract deliverables. Management tracks metrics for deliverables as well as Lukos-designed metrics. We assess compliance for each task and contract-wide against the performance thresholds and objectives. Lukos reports performance status including metrics to the company leadership, Program Manager, and the customer through a monthly report (or more frequently as needed).
